Our Team

Geoffroy Bringeon
Food & Beverage Director
With 12 years in hospitality, I began my journey in Switzerland before moving to South Africa to improve my English. Returning to Europe, I honed my skills in 5-star hotels around Lake Geneva, working across all F&B sectors, from catering to fine dining.
After helping earn a Michelin star, I pursued a new adventure in New Zealand, managing a restaurant in Taupō for three years. Now at Pullman Auckland Airport since 2024 opening, I’m proud to share Māori culture and showcase Aotearoa to international guests.

Irfaan Ali
Food & Beverage Service Manager
I began my hospitality career at Sofitel Fiji Resort & Spa in 2005, progressing from F&B Attendant to managing multiple outlets and leading large teams. In 2016, I became Waitui Beach Club Manager, playing a key role in establishing Waitui Bar & Grill as Fiji’s top-rated restaurant on TripAdvisor since 2018.
Promoted to F&B Manager in 2019, I oversaw operations until 2024, when I joined Pullman Auckland Airport to expand my experience in the international market. Passionate about the Heartist philosophy, I take pride in creating exceptional dining experiences and connecting with guests through food and wine

Ankit Kaushal
Café Manager
Originally from New Delhi, India, I hold a bachelor’s degree in hospitality and began my career in 2013 with an internship at Taj Hotels. I gained expertise in fine dining, global cuisine, and beverage management at Radisson Blu, New Delhi, before moving to New Zealand to expand my experience.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked with renowned hotel brands like Stamford Plaza and Naumi Hotels, deepening my understanding of New Zealand’s hospitality scene. Now, as Kuriri Café & Eatery Manager at Te Arikinui Pullman Auckland Airport, I’m proud to be part of Accor, leading my team and creating memorable guest experiences.
A lover of New Zealand wines—especially Pinot Noir—I also enjoy traditional wood-fired pizza and Chicken Biryani.
