Our Team

Geoffroy Bringeon
Food & Beverage Director
With 12 years in hospitality, I began my journey in Switzerland before moving to South Africa to improve my English. Returning to Europe, I honed my skills in 5-star hotels around Lake Geneva, working across all F&B sectors, from catering to fine dining.
After helping earn a Michelin star, I pursued a new adventure in New Zealand, managing a restaurant in Taupō for three years. Now at Pullman Auckland Airport since 2024 opening, I’m proud to share Māori culture and showcase Aotearoa to international guests.

Irfaan Ali
Food & Beverage Service Manager
I began my hospitality career at Sofitel Fiji Resort & Spa in 2005, progressing from F&B Attendant to managing multiple outlets and leading large teams. In 2016, I became Waitui Beach Club Manager, playing a key role in establishing Waitui Bar & Grill as Fiji’s top-rated restaurant on TripAdvisor since 2018.
Promoted to F&B Manager in 2019, I oversaw operations until 2024, when I joined Pullman Auckland Airport to expand my experience in the international market. Passionate about the Heartist philosophy, I take pride in creating exceptional dining experiences and connecting with guests through food and wine.

Tony Luong
Assistant Food & Beverage Service Manager
I began my hospitality journey in 2017 as a student, working across some of New Zealand’s most iconic locations, including Taupō, the West Coast, Taranaki, Queenstown, Christchurch, and now Auckland. Moving between hotels and restaurants, I developed a deep passion for food and beverage and gained a strong understanding of the industry.
Between 2021 and 2022, I worked at MGallery Hotel Grand Windsor (now Fable Auckland) and Hotel Fitzroy, a boutique hotel with just 10 rooms. In 2022, I joined a pre-opening catering business, which has since grown into a thriving franchise in Taranaki. During this time, I completed my Master’s in Hotel Management, conducting research in hospitality and tourism with the support of industry leaders.
In early 2024, I joined Te Arikinui Pullman Auckland Airport – Te Kaahu restaurant, where I’m proud to showcase Maaori culture and the rich flavours of Aotearoa to international travellers.
